Hvað er hægt að greina í heilskoðun hjá Intuens?

Segulómun er ein besta og nákvæmasta myndgreiningarannsókn sem völ er á. Hér fyrir neðan er listi yfir það sem hægt að greina með heilskoðun hjá Intuens.

Athugasemd 1: Það er hægt að smella á plúsinn (“+”) við hverja línu að neðan til að sjá lista af atriðum sem skimað er fyrir í þeim flokki.
Athugasemd 2: Við biðjumst velvirðingar á að listinn er á ensku, við erum að vinna í að setja upp þýðingu á íslensku með ítarlegri lýsingu á hverjum lið fyrir sig.
Athugasemd 3: Neðst á síðunni eru útlistaðar takmarkanir heilskoðunar.

Takmarkanir heilskoðunar

Eftirfarandi takmarkanir gilda um segulómskoðanir á öllum líkamanum (heilskoðanir):

  1. Þær geta stutt en er ekki ætlað að koma í veg fyrir eða koma í stað sérstakra skimana fyrir ákveðnum sjúkdómum (þar með talið en ekki takmarkað við ristilspeglun, brjóstaskimun, skimun fyrir leghálskrabbameini og lugnaskimun).

  2. Þær eru skilvirkar við skimun fyrir meinum sem eru 1 cm í þvermál eða stærri í höfði, hálsi, brjósti, maga og mjöðm en útilokað er að greina öll frávik og sjúkdóma.

  3. Þær eru takmarkaðar við slagæðagúlp sem er 3 mm í þvermál eða stærri.

  4. Þær meta ekki ástands hjarta eða hjartaæða.

  5. Þær greina ekki lugnavefi eða hnúta.

  6. Þær greina takmarkað stór liðamót á þann hátt að skimunin gerir ekki ítarlega greiningu á liðamótum (þ.m.t. en ekki takmarkað við slitgigt, liðþófa og liðvör í mjaðmalið).

  7. Þeim er ekki ætlað að greina ástand húðar.

  8. Þeim er ekki ætlað að koma í stað sérhæfðra skimana og myndatöku á einstökum líkamspörtum vegna tiltekinna greininga.
